Donations are voluntary contributions to support development and are generally non-refundable.
Subscription renewals provide immediate access to premium functionality once payment is confirmed. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact support promptly with your payment reference.
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable consumer and payment regulations.
